Seek USPA instructor/examiner in Europe ???

Any current USPA instructor/examiner living in Europe ( France, Spain, Italy...)? Tandem examiner for the Relative Workshop USPA Tandem Instructor Examiner USPA AFF Course Instructor Examiner -
I would NOT recommend it to any jumpers. One of the main reasons is that you have to reset it to zero each time before getting on the plane. What about if you forget to do so? It is NOT designed for Skydiving. That's all.

Is the value of the good + shipping fee equal 2,000 euros, will the total taxes to be paid are 446 euros? If my calculation is wrong, forgive me, I lately drank too much Pastis!!

Make sure that the tip of the toggle just above the grommet is rigid. It shouldn't be bent easily. There should be no space between the horizontal and the vertical bartacks. That might be the reason why your toggle got stuck. That was an important issue with some types of toggles in the past. If it happens once it might happen again. The Gear and Rigging section is more appropriate to discuss this problem. Blue skies

Did you find out why the toggle was stuck??

The Sabre1 170 was my first canopy (bought it new after about 50 jumps) . I'd had exactly 1,000 jumps on it when I got rid of it. Any questions? I might be able to answer most of them.

Can't decide on Katana(135) or Crossfire(139)
Glandu replied to skycam888's topic in Gear and Rigging
What are their level of experience under canopy ?? What type of canopies have they flown before? size? square? slightly tampered,? elyptical???? How about their landings ? etc.... you don't choose a canopy like a pair of Jeans !!! -
QuoteI currently have 800 jumps on a stiletto 135. I love to swoop it, but I'm looking to change it. My tow choices are PD Katana 120 or Icarus Crossfire 2 119. Could you give some feed back about those two canopies? what are the opening, landing Try the katana 135 first. It's always a good idea to demo a model of the same size as the canopy you are familiar with. Thus. you can feel the difference!!!! Be aware though that the Katana doesn't recover from a dive as fast as the stiletto. So, be cautious . Blue skies
