  1. Just for clarification of my point of view. This was not in support of the war but a reminder that when we speak of situations far away from our daily life, it is always good to remember we are talking about people on all sides. Our soldiers are people, and so are the Iraqis in those pictures. We are not talking about ruthless American solders who are there to kill brown people, and the people there are not crazy Muslims who want to kill and hurt us like some sort of boogie man. Off course there are a few exceptions to the rule but it is always good to remember that they are the exceptions. Most people are good.

  4. The caption also said. Good people will be good, and bad people will be bad no mater where they happen to be. This is not a post in support of the war I hope people will understand this. This is a post in support of humanity. More pictures some on next post some to big and i still have no idea how to make them smaller. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  5. Speed is an addiction. I feel like i am dying inside when I do the speed limit. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  6. In My experience you should be fine. I drive over very fast (took out the how fast don't want to here from the whiners today) every day on my way to work. I also have a few roads where I drive the car like you would on a track. After some time of driving like that you will notice you need to change brakes, and tiers a lot more often then normal. 100 mph once in a blue moon is nothing for your car, what is truly tough on a car is constant deceleration and acceleration thats when you overheat things. And yes Hondas do rock. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  7. Don't worry he is one of the best fighters I have ever seen. I predict Silva will win and within the first 2 rounds. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  8. Agreed, not to mention how weak is your faith for a cartoon to make you that angry. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  9. You know I’d don’t think I would quit but the higher prices have effected my habits and how often I jump. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  10. Not only have I held her purse whenever she needs it I can’t even understand what the big deal is. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  11. I love his show and the Colbert report as well. I think often I see them cover the news and what’s important better then the so-called serious news. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  12. I often wonder about that. The interpretation of religious text. I don’t get why there are always people who take the Justice, forgiveness, and generlly good things, and other focus on Hate hate hate fear fear fear. It happens in every religion. Because it gives the religious leaders power and influence. That's honestly the only reason I can think of. I agree. Most of the so-called religious leaders are full of shit6 and just want a way to control people. I have seen that with my own eyes. What I don’t get is the average citizen no matter Christian, Jewish, or Muslim. Some tend to focus on what to hate and not concentrate on the bigger message of peace, justice, and respect for your fellow man/woman. I wonder if some have a genetic defect or something. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain

  14. I can't speak for other nations but in Iran it is not encouraged and is looked upone just as we view it here. There is nothing in the story that states the police let him go, as a matter of fact it looks like he was questioned and confessed to his crime. The point is you can find groups of people everywhere in every nation who have views that are ignorant and they act according to there narrow views. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  15. Horrible story. I wonder what they will do to the father. Bad things happen all over the world even in are perfect Christian society what is important to me is how the judicial system will handle it. The father should be put to death. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  16. Maybe you view it as harmless, I don’t think leading anyone on and pretending your something that your not just so you can get laid is harmless, I just find it pathetic. Have all the fun you want, to me a lie is a lie. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  17. Wow and all this time being honest about who I am has worked for me. Sorry I don’t get the point about lying and then claiming the woman who believed me (if they did) are stupid. Maybe they just don’t live in the same world that you do. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  18. IMHO. I Love you is just words. Why give so much power to 3 words where actions mean so much more. In a guys mind or at lets mine, I really don’t care much about any of that just care what the person shows. Would you ruin a happy relationship just because a cretin word is not spoken? I wouldn’t. What changes if he does say I love you? I have been in many relationships where that has been said and the person saying it (including my self when younger) has no clue what it means. If you are thinking about your options just because he has not said the words “ I love you” I have a feeling you might not know what love is your self. (Sorry if that sounds harsh) But when you love someone you don’t have options, you love that one person and you wouldn't consider giving that person up over something so trivial as saying I love you. What matters are actions That was .02 as a guy I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  19. Nice car man can’t go wrong with that. It is a work of art. I don’t know about waiting 25 years, but then again if I had an Enzo it would have 100,000 miles on it by now. Buy it and drive the fuck out of it bro. That’s what it was made for. Hope you get it.
  20. That’s what the teacher had told my friend it is about self-esteem. IMHO if you keep the children in a bubble so they have no tools or experience dealing with failure they will have a catastrophic failure when they join the real world. We all fail at something sometime I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  21. Good point i ddin't even think about that. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  22. It looks like most agree actively removing any competition is not a great idea. So why is this happening? And why are parents allowing it to happen (assuming they have a way to stop it)? Maybe I am a bit paranoid but I think this is something we should worry about. For one most kids are getting thought in a method that according to my experience (and here on line) most parents do not agree with. Two what are these kids going to be like as adults. I know a few they seem so fragile. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  23. After a long talk with a friend who has children this thought came to my head. All of the parents I have talked with in regards to the fazing out of all competitive sports and activates in schools for young children feel the same way. They all agree that we need to keep score, we need to have winners and losers, as we must teach our young how the real world operates so when they are adults they can survive. We all agree that we are all not the same and some have gifts that others don’t, we all have different strengths and weaknesses. School is one way of finding out what your strengths and weaknesses are. If you suck at football then you suck at football. You have to find something else about your self that you feel good about, or here is a new idea work hard and get good at football. Sorry for the long ramble but here is the question. If all the parents I have talked to feel the same way the majority of parents must feel the same. So why is this being done? This is the gradual retardation of our youth which will be adults before you know it. The last time I checked in real life the more pampered and sheltered you keep your children the easier they fail at the slightest things that didn’t go there way. So why are we letting this happen? How do you feel about it? I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  24. I was thinking the same thing and had the same reaction. Apparently they will be looking in to the NFL Spy incident as well. Love seeing my tax dollars at work for the things that really matter. I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
  25. this part is by far my fav "She realized his foot was turning blue because one of his high heels had slipped off. " I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
