No the only reason I feel a little nervous is because of the dream. For one thing I have gown over every situation I can in my head and what I should do incase something goes wrong. I used too 5 days a week. Cardio and weights. I run about 3.5 miles then go do upper and abs, or lower and abs depending on the day.
