    People should be judges as individual’s period. However you have a lot of dumb people who need to feel they are living in a movie.     I am not a superstitionguy but i can't come up with an actual reason why some one would kill kids, and as you mentioned there are other countries that have more guns per cap. So i guess the only reason i can come up with is Karma.
