things you should ask for documentation on - Property taxes any HOA dues (home owners association) Get an estimate of home owners insurance Is the property located in a Flood zone - insurance will cost more septic system ? drive through the neighbor at random times to see the level of activity...stop late at night and turn off the car and listen to how noisey/quite the place is.

You should watch Formula 1 instead, much better racing and they don't go round in stupid circles. Its no wonder why these guys are the best drivers on earth, watch the Hungarian Grand Prix on the Speed channel tomorrow morning at 7-30am EST. NASCAR - Not A Sport Created Around Rednecks.....lol

you can only jump with 1 team per event regardless of what category they are competing in. There is no longer a pool for camera flyers, each team has to provide their own camera. No camera no judging no points no fun

Unfortunatley the Fans were the big loosers this weekend. The image of F1 in the USA was fragile anyway and then to have an incident like this one where no solution was reached might severly cripple F1 for the future in the USA. Many fans spent thousands of dollars to go and enjoy the show. Michelin is to blame for not having the correct tires. Adding a chicane would of been a breach of the rule book and a safety violation. The FIA followed the rules to ensure the safety of the competitors who had the correct equipment. Michelin made a good decision by not letting their drivers race but all of us fans missed a great show.

2 years ago in Crosskeys, I was filming a bigway and was on the far right trail caravan. The pilot was new to formation flying and at 16,500 trying to keep up with the Casas the plane was buffeting severely when I let go and struck the tail with my head, it knocked my camera helmet forward and nearly off my head. I thought was neck was broken in freefall, I managed to land safely. My Bonehead camera helmet saved my life, the helmet was cracked in 2 places from absorbing the shock and having a very hard head helps too. I ended up with a sprained neck and some facial injuries but was back jumping 3 weeks later again. Nothing like being in freefall with a injured neck and a heavy camera helmet waiting for 4500ft to open, thank goodness I was jumping a Spectre135 and had a perfect opening. I should be dead!!!!!
