    you O2 altitudes are wrong. While you are correct under part 135, skydiving operates under part 91 and there only the pilot needs O2 above 12,500 to 14,000 if longer that 30 minutes, full time if above 14,000. The skydivers only need O2 if above 15,000. (part 91.211 of CFR 14)
