Sam Adams~best beers anywhere in the world, especially Cherry Wheat. I put away a few Moosehead Dry's when I was in Halifax, it was good, but not as good as my beloved Sam Adams.

I'm a nurse, so I get them every year. I don't want to get anything from one of my patients and would feel terrible if I gave something to them. The only shots I really despised getting were the Yellow Fever shots I had to get when I was in the Navy. They hurt like the dickens and made everyone sick, at least the ones that didn't go to the gym right afterwards and work out hard for a few hours.

Why did you start skydiving/ BASE jumping?

I started skydiving because I was so deathly afraid of heights. Sort of facing my fear to see if I could conquer it. I only have a few jumps under my belt, and I still feel the nerves looking down nearly three miles to the ground, but I go. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I do. -

My condolences. I'm running a 3.2gHz CPU, 800 mHz bus speed Mobo, a gig of ram, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256, my sound card stinks, Soundblaster Live, Creative 5.1 speakers, 120gigabyte hard drive and win XP. Two CD burners, I'm hoping to replace one of the with a DVD/CD combo burner. I guess since I'm still only a student skydiver I have more money to use for other stuff. Hopefully that will change soon.

Sorry, brother, I just couldn't help it, espescially after reading those posts about smiling at the students right before a bounce and scarring them for life. I still laugh my ass off every time I think about that.

I was wondering because I'm an ER nurse, just wanted to know if I could fulfill my fantasy of working at a dropzone. Sort of a "will set broken bones for food or jump" kinda thing.

Can you imagine getting a canopy made of this stuff! Imagine how freaked out everyone would be seeing you descending with nothing above you. You could tell all the students that you had a double mal and just decided to float down instead of bouncing. Too Cool.
