    Try to squeeze in at least one full altitude jump before the course just to get the jitters out and you comfy with the gear, area. Express any concerns to Scott as well. I'm sure he can help.

    Since the Skydive and the Canopy ride are 2 different parts of the jump, why not regulate them as such. Current license requirements for the Skydive portion of the jump and new licensing requirements for the Canopy portion of the jump. Prove your capable and then you can downsize, in a controled enviroment.

    I saw his story on the news . A very normal and well rounded kid given the situation he was delt. The ref made the wrong call for sure.

    Your going to be overwhelmed but try to chill and enjoy learning .Ask ANY question you have, the instructor is there to teach you and will answer ANY question you have. Focus on the dive flow but do not fear it. Ask your instructor to repeat in to you on the way to altitude if you think you have forgoten something ( most likely he will ask you to repeat it to him a few times)... Don't fear the dive. Dive with the confidence that you have a capable instructor showing you how to do it. Study the arial photos of the DZ so there are no suprises once you are under canopy. Have fun, smile, relax, and focus.

    reply] Not a bad choice, used to live there. It only stays hot from june to middle of Oct, but the only really hot months are July, part of Aug, first part of Sept, so its not as bad as they make it out to be. Try N. Scottsdale. Yeap, worse fear around here is warm beer

    It's not a 3. I'm not looking to make a killing here. Actually would like to see it go to a new jumper at a very fair price.

    I had to do that once so I took advantage of the situation to practice packing it a few times. I just left the last pack job in the container and then asked a packer to pull it out and grade me on how well I did the next time I went jumping. It gave me confidence when she said she would have jumped it .....

I guess this post found the right home :) Vector Container DOM Oct 99 Type V351 Main Canopy 190 Sihlouette - 250 jumps max Reserve Canopy PD176R - no jumps that I know of. White. Cypres had it's 8 year inspection about 6 months ago so it's good for about 3.5 years. The rig is in a team room in Eloy right now so I don't have DOM etc.. on the canopies right now.
