Yeah it's all fun and games until one falls over and the other goes down with them causing concussion when they smack their head on the wall/glass door. It hasn't happened to me, but I've got a very vivid imagination. And yes, hubby and I shower together.

It's trite but Be Yourself! Obviously you like kids - kids are like animals, they always know if you like them or not. If you normally get along well with kids then you won't have a problem

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!! I truly believe that things do happen for a reason - I have a lot of stuff that's happened to me and my family, sometimes years down the track you realised that things turned out for the best. Sure, things I'd like to change, but as you yourself said, why fret about things you can't change. Chin up and get better soon!!!!!

48% pure. DOH! I thought I was much worse than that. Still there's only 20% less pure than me, so I can't complain. I thought the sex like burning was the burning after sex??

Personally I've gone with the safety factors, safety factor, safety factor. Let them stew on it for a while, drop comments every now and then and don't go on the defensive if/when you get the "why are you doing this?" I've pretty much been talking about skydiving well before I even thought of doing it. Perhaps all he needs is time? I honestly think it's a patience thing, but perhaps some never truly accept it? After 5-6 months of mentioning to my hubby that it's something I've always wanted to do etc etc he came up with this comment "It's not fair if I always shoot down what you want to do. If you want to get a tattoo or skydive it's your choice and I wouldn't want to take that enjoyment of it away from you" How beautiful is that? It only took about 6 months!!!
