No they do not have any removable parts.

Actually In a way i do, because if it was another jumper, then the boots will be used for what they were intended for. But assuming from where I live a crackhead has a really nice pair of boots that they probably sold for way under retail. They also stole some random compolation CD's that I burned. they are worthless, you cant sell those, maybe they were trying to expand their musical horizons. ass holes.

I agree completly. As I just had my 1st pair of Han wags stolen out of my car (along with some body armor), I could see no other option than to purchase yet another pair. My ankles would be a lot more money to fix than $260, well $520 I guess for me . nic

why do they call it pencil pack when riggers only sign with a pen? But children who write to pen pals generally use pencils (for correction probably?) nevermind.

why are cops so damned concerned with are sports? feeock. they should be more concerned with other things that are much more important to public saftey, not personal safety. -
"Phil "smitty" Smith jumping from a train as it passes over a 300 ft bridge..." Bad ass, and this in 1984, with a round.

What type, if any, body armor was being worn? If little or none would more have helped, or if a full setup or close to (full face, spine protector, elbow [sad, knee/shin gaurds. heavy duty boots, etc.) significantly aided you in speaking with us now?

Whats an "8-track"? just kidding, I had too.

a "BASE simulator" would be easy to program if you are not me. I suck at most things, espesially computers and espealin. I really can fly an airplane quite well though (IMHO). Really if some one put a little simulator together, I'd buy it. You could totally take FJC's, and build up exp points, cash, etc to get better and better. Taking riskier jumps. You could even mu rangers, cops and feds (tim, we could have crackheads too) in it. I would buy it for SURE. nic

No problem Timmy, plus seeing you in the back of a police car was something I didnt want to miss out on. Nic NOTE TO ALL: CRACKHEADS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS. unless of course you ARE a crack head. -
change the name, identify yourself and your experience. If you want any information, do this, otherwise no one will take you seriously.

I am trying to get some info on an object in your area. If you could contact me via IM or email that would be fantastic. thank you nic (this is not about the immigration of californians into oregon

and i thought tar and feathers were bad.

A little more work and that could be a great poem. jk. However if you took a cross section of ALL the people at bridgeday (spectators and jumpers) I would think you could find something more in common with all the jumpers compared to all the spectators. Not an absolut, but probably a tendency toward risk adrenaline. nic

I believe the stance of that particular network is to not have a copy posted on the internet. I remember hearing this when 'fearless: Jeb Corliss' came out a little while ago. OLN also replays stuff a lot, not as much as MTv though.

Can you access the ledge? A little lower but You need to wait till you pass the ledge anyway.. But getting the visuals of the ledge in freefall. do both.

well of course they would design the invisible canopies with perfect openings, and 0 chance of mals. The best part is they pack themselves immediatly after landing. They also know when you need a slider and when you dont. They cant be ripped, and never go out of trim.

How often do objects get burned, and what is the typical way of doing it?

Can someone extrapolate... And was there a verdict? -

Has any BASE jumper ACTUALLY sued a property owner after a BASE related accident? If so, WHY?! nic -
I know that I could rush into BASE. But I do not. I know I could push limits beyond my abilities, but I do not. I DO seek wise, informed, and safe ways to pursue BASE to keep my life and body intact. The people who have truly learned the ultimate ends of the sport have so much to pass on. If a person who enters this world of passion, happiness, and tension, I would advise the most professional, experienced, and most of all SAFEST training method available. Jumping with someone who is fun, outgoing, and pushing THEIR abilities can be exiting, entertaining, and really fricking cool. There is nothing wrong with jumping this way. But learning this way? Each person should choose their "mentor", but IMHO the mentor should choose the student.
