The young Mr. Farrington who builds Infinities claims that he invented this pin cover while working at the Vector factory. ___________________________________________________ Just a short note about the young Mr. Farrington. During my employment at RWS, young Kelly would spent as much time as he could get away with looking over my shoulder and talking shop. I really don't recall ever learning any thing from him. I do recall that on more than one occasion after showing him something new, he would later clam it as his idea. This never did really bothered me. Nothing against Kelly, he's a good rigger, builds an ok rig, and is a good friend of mine. But for the record, I still remember the day I put the first prototype of that center flap configuration together.

Rob, This will not have any affect on the deployment and is quit safe. You’re only putting the handle of the PC just a little closer to the corner of your rig. The only thing that could give you a problem as with any BOC is sloppy insertion / packing of the PC into the pocket. I recommend that after the PC is folded and you’re inserting it into the pocket, keep the PC as wide as possible and push it along with the handle deep into the spandex pocket. After doing so, carefully pull the handle back out to a low comfortable location to grab while patting on the PC against the pocket. This technique will give you a nice secure PC with the handle in the same place jump after jump. Also jussi, Yes you guessed correct. Jeff

You could just have your rigger move the BOC spandex 3/4" closer to the bridle cover. This should only take about 15 Min. Jeff.
