I started jumping in September. To date I have taken 5 people jumping with me. I took two with me when I made my first AFF, they their first AFF that same day. Then took a friend from another website. He did a tandem and is hooked. He's saving money for AFF right now. Finally, I have a friend that is and editor for an aviation magazine. I talked her into coming up to the DZ to jump and to do a story on skydiving for the magazine (It will be the feature article in their next issue). She took one of their writers along and they both made tandem jumps

Nope, as a pilot. Their stupid TFRs. Grounding me when I won't even be flying in the area that they put it in. These things move, and they don't tell yyou when, where they are. You can take off, fly through one..without ever knowing it's there, because it isn't published, the brief you got says nothing about it, but next thing you know you have F-16 on your ass, your forced to land.. they pull your pilot certificate and the chances are that you won't get it back! And this isn't the FAA (who's suppose to be the only ones that have the authority to do so) that pulls it, it's the TSA. Your guilty, branded a threat to national security without fair process of law! TSA/Dept of Homeland Security is proof of a government completely out of control! They don't exist for the purpose of security of the nation or of it's people. There is an excellent book published in Austraila. Written by Gerard Frawley. Title is "The International Directiory of Civil Aircraft." It lists most all aircraft produced and shows allot of planes used as jump planes. It isn't very expensive, maybe $18.00.
