Chris, He is screwed. In Illinois you can get a dui even if you are under .08. Now that he is under 21 he will lose his driving privileges for a year. Illinois has zero tolerance for anyone under 21. He needs a lawyer..... I know this for a fact, I lost mine for 3 years. I had 4 beers and got pulled over, i did not blow and was charged.
