Yes been maintaining constant weight, it's tough though. I have to keep an eye on the scale and cut back when it starts going up. It's true that it is easy to put it back on with the protein diets if you just go back to eating whatever you want again. I hate people with high metabolisms.

I definitely want to try a helicopter jump if the opportunity ever arises, but I’m thinking a balloon jump would be even better because the downward prop wash from the helicopter blades would spoil the feeling of jumping from zero mph, or is that not a factor? Take some mints (tic-tacs or something) to pass around during the flight up. Where you’re going it should not be an issue, but riding in the small C-182's at my DZ, you can smell what people had for breakfast or drank last night! (only half joking here) Larry

I understand, I was just pointing out that there is disagreement and one should decide beforehand. This was the contention of one of the AFF-Is. The other tended to agree with what riggerrob said, cut away if you have anything out. Larry -

Had a great Safety Day, though the winds were so high that only a few of the really experienced jumpers went up. And all of them got dragged across the ground after landing. -
