Ok, I am in the market in buying a NEW main. I have jumped a Sabre and like it. But, someone told me that I would probably like a Hornet,,, it is less money, and newer technology. Is the Hornet a better choice, and does the newer tec. really make a diff. in these two canopies??

I am buying all new gear so I can get exactly what I want and the color I want it. The question I have is, I bought a Javelin Odyssey, and want to put a 170 Saber for the main and a Tempo for the reserve. Should I go with a 170 or a 150 reserve? I weigh 180 and I will be getting a J-3 for the Javelin container.... Any advice???

I have just purchased my new Javelin Odyssey container. I want to place a 170 square foot main in it. Any suggestions on what kind of main I should get. I want a main that is going to open nicely and still (when I am ready) give me nice fast swoops for landings. I have my colors picked and was thinking of getting a Saber. I just soled my Javelin J-4 with it's Falcon 210. I have been ready for sometime to down size, just don't know what kind of ZP main will give me what I want.... Can anyone help?

Can I here from you guys on just what to do when you have a pilot chute in towe. I have been told so many different things. If you cut away, the main will still be there and you have the chance that it will come out when the reserve deploys. Or do you just pull the reserve?

Come on now.... If that were the case some of the fine looking women that I've seen at Suffolk, VA. who are great skydivers need to shave their heads??(Think Not!) I'm in the military so I don't even worry about long hair, but "NO" be yourself! If you do have long hair just tuck it in so it doesn't get tangled in your risers or what ever else... Stay Real!!! I recently got a Pro Dytter and put it in my Z1 helmet. It is very uncomfortable. Is this normal or should I have the unit pushed forward towards the face shield? And what mode is best, where you have to turn it off, or it turns off on it's own? IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING ON THE EDGE, YOUR TAKING UP TOO MUCH #%*^*%$ SPACE!, Mark C-31221
