  1. Sunrise says it is for 135-150 main 160 reserve. I have a W10 container and a Pilot 168, no reserve for this rig yet. The Pilot 168 packs tight inside the dbag and inside the main tray but is doable. Without a reserve in it it's hard to tell how both will fit thought. My rigger says he sees no problem, other than loosening the closing loop a bit, if I pair it with a PD Optimum 160. I'm trying to get some input from someone out there with similar setup. 2. Anyone out there packing a Pilot 168 ZP into a Wings W10? Alejandro B27585
  3. She has a second ad, the original one. The one you guys deleted was a repost. See link: http://www.dropzone.com/classifieds/Detailed/Complete_Systems/Wings_W14_Sabre2_190_PDR_176_Cypres2_Freefly_Friendly_8207__138896.html Alejandro B27585
  4. This is the name and email address the scumbag is using when responding to email inquires: Pamela Boone This is the fake phone number: (940) 238-0986 This is the PayPal account she is using to get the money: bluecua@rocketmail.com Alejandro B27585
  5. Sorry to hear about your friend being scammed. I reported the ad to Meso, the administrator. I hope the victim can resolve this with PayPal and the ad gets removed soon so nobody else gets robbed. Alejandro B27585
  6. I am going to walk away from it. I reported this ad as a scam but haven't seen any action taken to take it down or warn users. The ad was just REPOSTED a couple days ago. Thank you guys for the advice. Alejandro B27585
  7. Hi, I have made email contact with this seller, http://www.dropzone.com/classifieds/Detailed/Complete_Systems/Wings_W14_Sabre2_190_PDR_176_Cypres2_Freefly_Friendly_8207__139483.html She replied and emailed me some pics of the rig (front, back, side), then we negotiated a price without AAD, all over email. I asked her to send me the serial number so I can check legitimacy and fitting with manufacturer, she says, I quote: "Sorry, I can't send you serial number to avoid misuse of it". She wants me to send her payment through PayPal then upon receiving she will ship rig and she will pay shipping cost. I have tried calling her to the number she gave me and I get a really weird rig tone and no answer. I'm giving her the option to call mi rigger to verify me and she doesn't answer to the option. She has my address, phone number, full name, DZ info, but still she doesn't trust, neither give me serial # to verify the rig and fitting or call my rigger. I really like the rig and the price deal we made but don't want to be scammed. Any suggestions here on anything else to try as I'm about to walk away from this ad. Thank you for your input Alejandro B27585
  8. What you are doing/contemplating is not advisable. Microns are also not available/ listed in this size you have stated: "344" your asking also if there is anyone out there who has done this,... I HOPE NOT! Yes, they are available on this size: http://www.unitedparachutetechnologies.com/PDF/CHART_00037___Rig_Sizing_Chart.pdf and http://www.paragear.com/info/vectorsizingchart.asp Alejandro B27585
  9. Is there somebody out there with a 170 main / 160 reserve combination into a V344M? Want to know if this is doable without compromising the integrity of the rig. (I mean low bulk mains like Hornet, Spectre, Pulse) Alejandro B27585
  10. I've been mountain biking for a few years now after I stopped jumping. Pretty rough MTB trails here in Florida (Alafia, Boyette, Markham). My ankle is strong now. I can run fast too. It hurts once in a while due to weather factors like humidity, etc. Alejandro B27585
  11. I have to go through a complete EP refresher. Alejandro B27585
  12. Broke my left Talus (compresion fracture) on January of 2008, Everglades Boggie, FL. Landed off DZ on a nasty rocky field. Sold my rig to pay medical bills. Now I am thinking of going back jumping again. renting for a while until I can afford a rig. My ankle is now good with some minor pain here and there but nothing big, and why not to say, I'm a bit scared of landing. I have 2 nice dropzones around and many friends that are still jumping and asking me when I will be back. Someone here that has been thru same dilemma and would like to share. Alejandro B27585
  13. Yeap! Nothing close to what I wanted the jump to be but exciting any ways. Thanks again for the advise bro. I guess now I need to learn how to fly the WS on my back. Alejandro B27585
  14. My first one, check URL to watch it http://www.skydivingmovies.com/ver2/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=6455 Me on my S-Fly and my friend with his M1. Approaching me from the right he went under me and his burble put me on my back and spinning. It happened really fast and I hit his container but nothing hard. Balling up fixed the situation. I think I lost like 2 grands trying to stop it, but it happened pretty high any ways. I was out of it by 7 grands. Kuddos to Lou and others in this forum for the good advise on balling up. I'll stick to it the next time again. Alejandro B27585
  15. Those holes were the suit eats the laterals are back vents and we should also mention the integrated butt deflector. That dark center piece above the butt is ZP spandex forming pressurized deflector. see attached pics Alejandro B27585
  16. it does tend to get a little chippy if you fully strech out in max position. when trying the max position I felt like moving on the yaw axis (to the sides). Is that what you meant by chippy Alejandro B27585
  17. OK I was wondering. now makes sense, that way you are pushing down into the relative wind and the elbows upwards help with the tension on the suit Alejandro B27585
  18. You turn the INSIDE of your elbows straight up and push upward with the insides of your wrists I can turn my elbows skywards but the inside of my wrist skywards at the same time. Can't fisically do that. Do you mean the top of the wrist (where the altimeter goes) pushing skywards? I think I better get to the Hills and you guys show me Alejandro B27585
  19. Did you remove the material completely or just two cuts to allow to open more with the wind? Alejandro B27585
  20. Chuck, did you flock the S-fly with another BM suits? How was the compatibility? Alejandro B27585
  21. more people flying S-flys over there that I can learn from? Alejandro B27585
  22. Thanks Lou. I recall trying to lock my knees and keeping my legs straight. I susppected I was going or too steep or falling out of the sky due to the duration of my flights until a couple weeks ago when I went to Clewiston and did a two way with someone with an old Classic. He said from his perspective I was sinking too fast and my body position was little too steep. In a couple weeks I'm going to Z-Hills and will try to get some learning over there Alejandro B27585
  23. i just receive my S-FLY Expert and have done 10 jumps with it. I'm still struggling with my body position, going to step low angle. I'm the only bird in my DZ so no video reference. The only reference I have (no GPS yet) is my video camera timer. I'm doing about 65-68 seconds from 13,000 to 5'000. Tips out there on how to handle this suit for better angle and glide. Alex Alejandro B27585
  24. I use a sony 0.6x on my HC21 and works great. I bought it at BestBuy for about $40. Fits fine on the HC21, you don't need any converters. Blue ones Alejandro B27585
  25. I did the opposite. I ordered my Wings when I had my Sabre 190 then downsized to my Safire2 159 and shorten then closing loop. So I wonder since you can go about 2 sizes down if you can also do like 1 size up by making your closing loop longer. My sabre 190 didn't pack to big May be a stupid suggestion but my 0.02¢. Consult your rigger or the manufacturer for better info Blue ones Alejandro B27585
