    Late 80's, night jumps at a DZ in N. FL. A certain individual dropped a couple of hits of really good blotter. He was in freefall on his back, looking at the stars, thinking they were the streetlights, and wondering why they weren't getting any closer. He eventually rolled over, saw that he was incredibly close to the planet and dumped at under 1000. Tripping and skydiving...not good. Same DZ, same era. Some people would twist up a fatty, wait until 3000 on the way up. LIght it and tell the pilot, "keep climbing until it's finished". They often paid for 9.5, but got 12 or 13. That said, altered states and skydiving do not go well together. The sport is plenty high.

    You are missing the point. Any private business can decide who they will work for. That is fine with me. I just got a kick out of the fact that they have likely cost themselves tons of revenue with that one little email. Some of the posts on their message board are really funny. Not trying to advocate for anything, otherwise I would have posted in SC. Just found it amusing.

    I saw one of those makeover shows recently (I was really bored and there was NOTHING ELSE ON, okay?). Anyway, they did this guy who was 53, but looked closer to 58-60. He had this really long hair and when they did his haircut, they said they had to cut a minimun of 10" so they could donate it to "Locks of Love". The thing is, his hair was gray, not completely, but certainly salt n pepper, heavy on the salt. So my question is, are there kids who'd rather have a gray wig instead of no hair? Perhaps that organization does wigs for adults, too? I know some of you AMAZING dz.com hotties have donated to them. Enlighten me.

    I am buying a new printer. I would like to be able to network it onto my wireless. I sometimes work from home and use my wireless and work laptop to connect via VPN. I have a Linksys wireless G router with available ports. Do I need a "network ready" printer? A wireless print server? A wireless network printer? Too many choices available. It doesn't need to be completely wireless as my primary home pc is a desktop. But it would be nice to be able to rout print jobs to it from either my work or home (wireless) laptops. So, all you network geeks. What should I buy today?
