Yeah..we call it 'Amateur NIGHT' here. If you're REALLY hard core you'll be riding the descent of the Times Square Ball. I'm staying home with the doggies. Everyone gets hungry regardless of education, drug use, mental state. I'd rather give the homeless guy food than him ask for change, you never know what need he'll feed with the money. You KNOW he's got to eat. Whenever you have extra food thats going to be tossed and there are homeless people about (I'm in NYC there's always someone hungry around) you should give it to them rather than toss it.
