hey does anyone know if you can do a search of skydivers at a specific dz. like maybe type in the dz and find a list of the registered skydivers who listed that as thier home dz? just curious, i'll be travewling alot with in the next few weeks/months and it would be cool if i could find some dz.comer's this way?! yea i know my timing sux , but this is my last weekend in ga for a while. and ill be in macon for the weekend and i have to jump. and thats the only place i know to go without haveing to drive forever. on saturday i got a 3 hr drive to macon so anywhere much futher then that is kinda pushing it, ya know! damn the timing! blue skies JT

I must be doing something wrong. i can't see any video any any of wingnut's d/l's does any one know how to see this stuff?! JT p.s. my prob is that i cant d/l anything that takes up too much space(programs etc) i'm using a gov't computer. is ther ei quick way to see this without having to d/l a long program?! here's another wierd question. i am staioned in valdosta( a place i've never heard of til i jiion the air force) and i've noticed a few valdosta residents sent questions to parachutist. are any of em here? for those not from here...the nearest dz is florida.this isn't a big skydive town. but i have seen some USPA stickers while i was driving. thats the closest i've gotten to talk to another skydiver in my town. so if your out there lemme know jt JT

i just checked and decatur is only 75 miles from where i'll be. does anyone care to fill me in on the dz there. a/c, typical altitude? is it a reputable dz? does anyone here jump there regularly? jujst some concerns/questions. i'll be there in 3-4 weeks(weekends) JT

i was jumping in palatka. when i drove down from valdosta ga we went through enough smoke to totally hurt my eyes and throat. the closest fire was about 20 miles west of keystone heights airport. pretty wierd stuff JT

actually the last load WAS free! so i felt good with it.ha ha! it was a sunset load(duh) and there was a storm a few miles away but the winds were close to zero at the dz. so we went up to 11,500(cant complian for free) i did my 1st 5 way andwatched the sunset and the lightning off in the distance.(at altitude you can see the fires that were burning, if you looked for 'em. (florida is going through thier yearly wild fire phase) it just keeps getting better, doesn't it?! have fun,, live free, skydive!!! JT

did you pass the test? i found that i studied the new material but was takeing the old test. i passed this weekend. now i just gotta wait for the mail to get my a lisence. blue skies jt JT

Im happy to say...it wasn't me. (well techincally) i was studing the new ISP'S ,according to the errata sheet it says to remove and replace a bunch of stuff in the sims. well the test i was taking was just on the sims itself. i printed out the orignial sims and passed my "A"lisence test on monday!! WHOOO HOOO. i also did my first 5 way on the sunset load. what a blast!!! JT

i play guitar and sing too. ive written some skydiving songs. unfortunately NOBODY jumps in my local area so they wouldn't understand. (i've taken 26 tandems but only one got certified and still jumps with me)but i wrote some lryics thatwhuffos could easily misinterpret. a bluesy(not crying in my beer blues but like sitting around a bon-fire blues) song about being held back by a whuffo girl. i just gotta be free... wont you let me go... dont you mock me for the thing that i do iv'e always told you the truth i'm still freefalling for you... (that type of stuff.) dont ever tell me i cant...go down dont ever try to keep me.. on the ground dont' you ever tell me i cant get high dont tell me i cant leap into the sky. of course there more meat to the song but you get the idea. that was the most recent stuff i wrote so that i whuffo can hear it and think that im talking about sex,woman and drugs...when in fact im talking about sex, woman and skydiving(which to me is a drug) i have some better lyrics but i haven't finished the music for them yet. i do like the saying"nascar is for pu$$ies, i can do 300 standing on my head" hope you find what you're looking for have fun, live free, SKYDIVE!!!
