I'm pretty much in the same boat, all I care a about is jumping. All I think about, dream about and day dream about is jumping. I've got a nice little condo and a steady 50 an hour week job, which I'm starting to dislike more and more. My buddy is buying an RV and is going to travel from dropzone to dropzone jumping his brains out. I'm so very very very tempted to sell my place take the money i'd make and go with him and have the best year of my life. Whats the best year of your life worth? I'm by no means a rigger or anything close and i'm sure the gear has been inspected and works fine, did for me. But too charge 25 dollars a jump for a obviously dated rig , I mean seriously I wouldn't give 1,500 for the whole thing and the worn out velcro main flap having container can't be worth more than 150 bucks.. just doesn't seem right to me, but thats why im not renting gear at this particular place but I will revisit the dropzone after I get my own gear. I've been renting gear since I got off AFF, it has cost me wayyyyyyyyy to much money I wish they some of these rigs sitting around the dropzones I frequent. I've delt with rental prices from 25 per jump no matter how many you make

I did some quarry diving in tennesse along time ago and had the same problem with those little fockers biting my ear lobes, lil sob's. If you want to have real fun do some scuba in the gulf of mexico and have a trigger fish take a chunk out of you, I swear if they got any bigger you wouldnt be able to get in the water. Well for starters you have to drink about 15 of them, I've actually had alcohol poisioning from nothing but beer.. It did take considerable effort and a few days of lunecy.
