The most Colourful skydiving discipline for YOU
SkydivingNurse replied to Mike111's topic in The Bonfire
Still a student, but I can't wait to be good enough to fly a wingsuit. Anything that keeps me in the air longer has to be a good thing. -
Two year bump. Started playing about a month ago. Freaking addictive game! PS if anyone is in Shadowfire Galaxy, I'm Skydiver Idaho. Yes, I am a geek.
-
GILF Alert! Yeah, I'm not ashamed to admit to thinking about what she'd be like between the sheets.

Or the infamous: "Your sister sucks it waaayyyy better than you do" Then give her a Dirty Sanchez My one friend in the Navy was bangin some girl in the arse and donkey punched her to tighten her up. My hero...

For ten year olds, the ATOMIC DEATH WEDGIE is an appropriate counter attack.

WTF is up with fat chicks wearing half shirts ?

Moped. Keep the moped in mind. Mopeds are fun to ride until your friends see you doing it. Fatchicks are fun for a bit of bedsport until your friends seeing you do it. -
If that dog was ass-stupid enough to KEEP GOING BACK, then yes, he deserves every last quill. Obviously doesn't have a freaking working braincell left, so fuck it. Can you imagine the stories the porcupine will have to tell after this, though? No shit, there I was... Edit to add: I wonder what the follow up to this was? My dog got a dozen quills before it wised up and backed off. This poor mutt, who knows.

yes, im in love! I can't help but wonder if she needs a private duty nurse

Cook it. Tried it a few times. The only stuff I could take were the ones made of egg.

First: Dorothy, the robot from the cartoon Big O Also Captain Janeway from Voyager. Not the character, mind you, but the actress. Not only does she have a serious MILF thing going on, but I heard her on a talk show and she has got the most drop dead sexy voice I've heard in a while Edit to add: If I'm going to embarass myself, I may as well do it with style: Professor McGonagle from the Harry Potter movies

Going to have to go with an 8. I love my job, I'm a nurse and I get to help people feel better

Thought the movie was brilliant. Hans Brix?!? Oh and the songs kicked ass, too. How can anyone not laugh at puppet scat porn?

I don't know, maybe because it's one of our most fundamental rights? I'd be more interested in a vote to see how many people would go for Robert Heinlein's idea ala Starship Troopers (the book not the movie). The only people allowed to vote would be people that have served in the military. If you haven't read the book, I'd suggest buying a copy. RH made an interesting argument for that idea. And before anyone asks: No, I wouldn't be in favor of it.

Yup, I remember back when I was going for my release dive. .. ... (that's me looking at my number.) These days are fun, huh! At least we know we'll be jumping with someone and not running around trying to get in with someone so you don't have to jump alone, and there's that friendly voice in the radio

End Suffrage Now! Watching that skit on the Man Show, sad and funny at the same time. BTW~no vote, just because. Because it's a ridiculous question.

[threadjack] Anyone else think that Jessica Lynch is a bit of a hottie? Just wondering, you know. [/end threadjack]

Second! Old Italian guys are the only people who cut my hair, and it's always cut short. Takes about 10 minutes for a nice milspec haircut.

Hire me as an executive consultant, I'll explain it all to them

Always nice to chuck a sickie every now and then.

News: Skydiving may be a turn off for women.
SkydivingNurse replied to ChasingBlueSky's topic in The Bonfire
Women are also attracted to men who are more altruistic. For example, in a scenario pitched by the research team, the majority of women were more attracted to a man who saved someone's life than they were to fast driving. Empathy and sensitivity are the traits most women seem to seek. Ummm, I'm a nurse, and I'm still horribly single. I don't drive fast, I save lives, I'm sensitive, and I'm still horribly alone I call BS on the article. Tell women I'm a nurse: eyes start drifting away from me. Tell women I skydive: usually leads to a nice conversation. -
It's not too late. A tandem would still increase canopy control abilities, confidence, air awareness, etc. Derek I had a long break from my previous jump to this year, did a "training tandem" and it helped immensely. Especially the confidence thing, no door nerves at all when I went back into aff after the tandem. Also, the fact that I can have a conversation with the TM about the landing pattern instead of one way radio was a huge plus. Now I just need to heal from these damn strap bruised in my crotch and on my arms.

Where's your first jump certificate?
SkydivingNurse replied to Orange1's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Framed and sitting on a bookshelf next to my fireplace. It's flanked by two framed pics of my first jump.
