911- in class with my best friend who started balling cause he had a cousin who worked in the pentagon. spent the rest of that day in that class and with that friend. It was hard. where does bush stand? simple, he demand them put out. Wit hthe no child left behind act what it does is it hold school acountable for their short comings. basicaly the kids have to learn something. It was not designed to take money away from schools, but to reqrd schools that meet the standards and exceed them. Education in this country is very poor and it takes some hard work to get it back to stadard. the teachers union who is the major advocate against no child left behind is one of the largest liberal activist groups of the country. well i wasraised in a christian home. My parents put me in bible study wehn i was like 4... so... but when i hit high school i had questions. And alot of them. I looked at alot of religions and looked at alot of faiths. But what ui found was that everytime i looked at something different i felt like God was calling be back to christianaity. I felt like he wanted me, and i felt like he really cared about me. I never found this in anyother religion, or faith. How i knew i was a christian was when i had a life changing experience when i asked Christ to be my personal Lord and Savior. It literaly changed my life. I gave up so much trash, and i gave up so much stuff that was just waiting my life. I ha peace, and i had joy. And i still haev these things to this day. as for knowing it was the right choice... well its faith. I personaly believe that christianity is the only way to christ and salvation. And i have faith in that decission. I dont condem people to hell for other faiths, i simply dont a gree with them. lol how i felt?? hmmm i was laughing at how you are comparing the remorse of killing a dog, to killing a person who is after you or your family.... just doesnt make sence to me. I have killed, deer, squarl, rabbit, duck, i have run a cat(felt bad on that one), chickens, and i dont think they compare to killin a person at all. I ate everyoine one of those animals i killed... excpet the cat... and i dont feel bad about it at all. am i capable of killing a person? in the most extreme situation, YES!! i am trained to do it. i think we all feel the same way to some extent. I do not want to kill anyone. And i dont know anyone who really does. But if the presure of the moment are you seriously going to shoot at his knees? The best place to shoot is for center mass chest area. Why casue its a big target and yes you can stop somone with it. Will they die? good posibality, but i know for a fact that if i ever get put in that situation where i am forced to shoot... aka getting attacked or family getting attacked.... i am going to empty my clip in him. I am not trained to wound, i am trained to kill. You never point a weapoin at someone with the entintion of just slowing someone down, you point it at them with the intention of killing that person. if you want to slow someone down then you need a taiser, peperspray, or somehintg like that. Or know alot of martial arts. but if take a gun out and dont plan to use it that person could take it from you and use it on you. Not knocking any DZs, but some DZs are stricter about passing their students than some of the busier DZs. At one DZ that I know of, you needed to be passed by the instructor(s) in the air, instructors on the ground and even the DZO (who was ALWAYS observing) needed to approve the student passing a level baseed on his own criteria. Perhaps this is the case? Yehai lucked out and passed in 7 as well. However almost everytime before i went up this weekend i got had to sit and tell the dzo what i was doing, who i was with, when we were breaking, when we were exiting all that. In reality i think it is a good thing. I makes me go through everything and know the jump in and out.
