took a football player up last summer 315lbs... wasn't so bad actually - as long as you don't jump a 182 or similar. Went out of the PAC I always work myself up when I get a 240 + student... but it never seems to be much of a problem. I would never let somebody help me flare - a friend of mine hurt his leg bad doing that. A small girl helped him flare but lock her elbows... you don't know what they are going to do... Have fun!

Not too much of a dilemma here right? You hurt a friends feelings or safe their life. I think you should go ahead and inform the DZO and S&TA - they have a right to know This is pretty obvious - she should not jump. If anything it should be up to her doctor... but with her not taking medications anyway - something is going to go wrong someday Wisdom to you! :-) Have fun!

Hi there - I'm not sure if I agree - if a radio is used. I try to land ASAP .... that way I can help (with a radio) The other 'I' could pull high I guess. Have fun!

I visited the guys at EP Skydivers for over two months. They really looked afterme and helped me with alot during my stay. Looking back I had a awesome time there! It's a nice well equiped dropzone, the only one open 7 days a week in SA. If you're planning on going to South Africa you'd be missing out on a lot of good times not visiting the people at EP!
