I recently met Bill, and have read some of the stories in the big book. I've met some amazing people, It's funny how you can relate to something that happend to people 60 years ago that is still happening today (verbatum) I was like no shit me to. I remember reading this post when it first went up or when i noticed it, and said I don't have a problem. Well guess what, I did and doo just don't drink any more. If I was born in 69 would that be 60's or 70's? Oh my best year, I can't get it down to 1. I've had so much fun and so many lessons, that it wouldn't be right. I applaude you in your new found ism. You are doing what so many would love to do, I know I for one am one of them, I don't know about the desert but I would love to tour the U.S. one day and visit all the DZ'z. Enjoy your solitude, thats something I'm searching for also. Cheers! to a something new.
