    Don't plan on it, but it can be done. I have a mortgage and somehow I do it. Many people I see in this sport "fulltime" just dont wanna work hard.     I am well aware of the snag potential for some of these systems. Same goes for altimiters, rings, jewelry, feet. If I can I will post a pic of how I set mine up (I dont have a removable slider yet). I have mine on a piece of 1" tape sewn to my yoke.     thats the main, but someone said that it could catch the reserve PC. Thats what I was wondering. Ive seen main lines get caught on everything from riser covers to camera helmets.     Have you ever tried on the ground to pull your canopy away from the rig while the slider is stowed on your jumpsuit? Velcro likes to be pulled apart, not sheer. And I have seen some better, some worse, but would like to see someone come up with a scenerio that that ball and bungee interferes with a launching reserve P/C.     Warning Biased opinion to follow: Contact Icarus and try demoing a Neos. It opens better than any xbraced out there and is really nice to fly. It could be a really good step up from the Xfire2 without sacraficing ease of use. Johnny --"This ain't no book club, we're all gonna die!" Mike Rome

    I became a TI cause I was getting sick of packing and needing something new. I continue to do it because I love jumping and introducing people to skydiving. Even if they only do it once, they have a positive outlook on it, and that is important. Not everyone is going to become a skydiver, but I teach as much as I can, and give these people an experience they will remember for the rest of their lives.     I love the people who think thatsidespins and instability are the boogie man out to get you. It's physics. There is no mystery. If you teach them to arch well, awesome. If you have to outfly them, oh well. Have fun, but make sure you are doing it for them and not just for you. That being said I like unstable exits too, helps me practice my flying.     I saw a co worker do one the other day, covering his eyes with one hand and crossing his fingers for a good thousand of feet or two.     I am very leary of who I let out of the plane after me when I am doing tandems. Still plenty of ways to try to kill my student.
