Miss Ann is absolutely right. This will be an EPIC Boogie of unimaginable proportions. This will be the first large Wingsuit event of the summer for the Mid-Atlantic region. You don't want to miss this!!!! Wingsuit loads organized by THE BROTHERS GRAY starting Wednesday and going all the way through Sunday. Quality jumps with video debrief after every jump. This event will also serve as a Training Camp for the upcoming 2009 WINGSUIT WORLD RECORD event in Elsinore this fall!!!!!!! Saturday you can become part of wingsuit history. We will be setting the first GEORGIA STATE WINGSUIT RECORD!!!! We plan to complete a 16+ way formation. Wednesday & Thursday will have a training camp format so anyone needing to dust off their wings and get current should show up early. Yeah, I grew up in central Illinois and I remember the awful winters. Now is the time to go jump in Florida or Southern California. In a month quite a few of us are going to Puerto Rico for some wingsuit flying. You should join us. Its nice and warm down there. As DSE & Monkey commented the longer bridle helps clear your burble. When I first started flying big suits I was getting nasty PC hesitation and the longer bridle solved that issue. Although I used to fall out of flight before deployment and that is why the bridle helped. Since then I have found I much prefer full flight deployment and a standard bridle works okay for me now. That brings up the cut/dynamic corners which are nice if you do full flight deployment since the bag leaves at a shallow angle. My opinion is the longer bridle helps regardless of deployment style where as the cut/dynamic corners only help for full flight deployment. I would add them in that order as needed. The L&B Viso will display real time fall rate instead of altitude. I do not believe it will display both simultaneously. I imagine this could be addressed in the next firmware update. The Neptune could probably do this too if Alti2 wrote firmware to do so. That 35-36 way Diamond was an awesome sight. On almost every debrief when the wings detached for breakoff and it left that amazing diamond the whole room would burst into cheers. Simply badass.
