I have to think theres a spin on your info.... If I was as unhappy as the sound of this post I'd be calling the alleged responsible party directly and make sure I had the facts, before I'd do what you did. I personally have had excellent service from the dealer your eluding to, purchasing five complete rigs and several more canopies over the last 12 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else, because I know he backs up what he sells and he's been a reliable source of information as well. This sounds totally out of character if your talking about the Ralph I know. You put it out there so you got my 2 cents

Just that they're the best rigs, Period! Then there's Velocity, you will not find a better company, Period! You should get an Infinity......

Thats interesting, I just put 2004 on my machine last week. How do you get altitude for it? I haven't figured out how to get the glider up either, yet. Sounds pretty cool though.
