  6. Incubus have a track called Antigravity, it's funky http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00005RGO5/qid=1104882669/sr=1-5/ref=sr_1_5/102-4430212-0597701?v=glance&s=music Track 9 on Science. Is that what you're looking for?
  7. I was there in Oct this year. Did 15min. Was fun as hell
  8. Seriously, you can't complain if you're still using IE.. Don't know when you tried mozilla, but you should try Firefox now. Really great browser.. don't know any sites that don't load right with it.
  9. Like Ivan said, get an Ibanez. They have an amazing price/quality ratio. I own 2 and I think they sound better than some popular multi-thousand dollar guitars.. http://www.ibanez.com/
  10. You may all remember the lawn-chair-helium-balloon incident a couple years ago.. Well check this out! http://www.clusterballoon.org/intro/intro.html Ok so it's a repost, sorry http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1276538
  11. So um.. no planes at Crosskeys this weekend, at all ?? Damn.. was planning on getting my license this weekend What's the landing zone like at Sussex?
  12. Well I've read that it actually helped some people, but you never know.. Personnaly I don't jump unless everything feels normal.. but I'll probably try jumping this weekend even if it's still a little weird. I guess I can always ride the plane down if it feels bad on the way up.. And yeah, sudafed and afrin havn't really done anything but clear my nose.. I wish more was known about the human hearing system.. Good luck with you too! blue skies
  13. There's always people jumping a CK, even when it's cold. If you have warm gloves it's fine.. (even better with a full face helmet)
  14. Well it's been almost a month since this thing has started and keeps coming and going.. it started again this morning, 6 days after my last jump.. Can't wait for digital ears so I can get rid of all this malfunctioning organic CRAP!
  15. Yeah it's a sign that says the weather sucks in the winter in NJ. Ive also spent a couple weekends at CK waiting for the winds to die or the clouds to go away.. that's just part of the sport. You have to be patient. If you really can't wait for spring to do your AFP, go down to Florida with the CK crew in January
  16. Woohoo! Made my first jump today after a month of waiting for the weather and my ear to clear up. And my ears didnt blow up . Took a sudafed in the morning and no problems. I valsalvad once under canopy and it was like letting the air out of a baloon for a second, but no pain or anything. blue skies!
  17. Your instructors surely can
  18. The thing is, I'm not sure there is fluid. My ENT never said there was (then again he didn't say much..). Is there any sign I should watch out for on my way up that should warn me not to jump?
  19. I didn't have a recent cold, but my home doctor also said it could be a serous otitis after I told him my symptoms. It is starting to clear up, but very slowly. Im taking allegra-d, but I stopped taking the nasacort cause I thought it was stupid considering my symptoms.. (and steroids are bad anyways), so what you said comforts me in my decision. Ill try sudafed/afrin next time I go jumping and Ill tell you how it goes. Thanks for the advice everyone!
  20. Well I'm finding that they agreed (they didn't really have a choice since a Federal Judge limited the use of their sonars in 2003, thanks to the NRDC), but aren't being very cooperative, or careful . For example, this year in July, dead whales were found (usual symptoms) after a NATO sonar exercise in Morocco.
  21. Yeah I heard about the tube option, but that seems kinda barbaric . I hope it doesn't come to that. Since yesterday it's gotten better, so I'm hoping maybe this time it'll stay better. I talked to another doctor I know and he said sometimes there's nothing you can do except rest and avoid stress. Unfortunately this kind of pathology isn't really fully understood yet so we have to be patient and just let nature take its course.. . I'm supposed to go jumping again this weekend, hopefully it won't bother me, and I can finally get my license
