Well last week I did step and abs 2 days and yoga one day, plus a 2 hour walk this weekend around DC. Yesterday I did step and abs, today at lunch I did legs. My step class tomorrow was cancelled so I found another one to go to today. Planning on doing a core and abs class tomorrow at lunch. Then hopefully yoga again on Thursday and upper body on Friday. We'll see if I can stick to all that! -

Sadly I will have to work all week and we don't have many dropzones that are jumping during the week I would love to see you again though!

It depends on your threshold for boredom. I rode it when I went to Santa Barbara for my 40th birthday. My lady and I drank a bottle of really good bottle of wine on the train, with some superb cheese and crackers on the side. It was a wonderful trip. YMMV. The train can be really boring. Beth didn't like it much. I think I would have had a much better time if I wasn't by myself on the train on Christmas Eve. There were some nice views, but I still don't understand why it takes at least twice the time it takes to drive.
