    I did legs and abs today. Not sure how I'm going to manage to eat healthy down in SoCal this weekend, but I'm sure I'll figure something out. I'll update next week on how I did!

    Personally I don't think it is a problem at all. I'm glad moody stood up for what she thinks is right, I just don't happen to agree that it's a problem to take a gift card that the customer doesn't want.

    I got myself there yesterday... and was even told by the instructor how much I've improved since I first started going. I feel like I was given a gold star Oh and I was able to put my belt one notch smaller today

    Well I've been eating healhty and working out 3 days a week! Heading to step and abs again tonight. Plus I'm down 5 pounds since I started trying to lose. My goal was to be down 5 by next Friday, so for now I'm ahead of schedule
