Why didn't you tell me you gonna quite you job last weekend? BTW I trashed my knee pretty good. Bruised the cartlige behind my knee cap and the muscles above and below my knee cap. I just started Jumping about 3 weeks ago. so far I am on my Level 4. I am hoping to be A certified in the next few weeks. Are there any tips I should know? I want to do 4 and 5 this weekend. I did my 2 and three in one day however I didn't do as well as I would have liked to have done on my level 3. Does any one think it's because I did them back to back?
