  1. B12 should be available by eating natural soil, though I prefer to get mine from commerical carbohydrate fermentation extract, in pill form. It is also manufactured by micro-organisms living in the small and large intestine, but is only absorbed by the stomach so -- figure it out. Rabbits utilize this method for some of their nutrients, by the way.
