I have extensive work on the tops of my feet and wings on each side of both feet. I got these when I was 16 and then the pain was tolerable only hurting in a few spots, but now I am big wimp and I squirm a lot when getting them touched up. If you do decide to get one on your foot be prepared to get them touched up every 2 to 3 years, covering them on the beach while tanning, and basically just paying extra attention when healing because the ink does not take as well. I love mine and they represent myself and who I am. Before skydiving tattoos were my hobby and I got one for my birthdays and on vacations and all that good stuff. I designed them both and I got the wings before I started jumping and I had never even gave a thought to skydiving at that age. So it was meant to be... Since I am a college kid my resources are highly limited due to income. My boss is from Thailand and introduced me to MAMA noodles they are so much better than american ramen noodles that soak up the water and have just have one flavor packet. With the MAMA noodles they have a flavor packet, chile powder packet, and oil with garlic for a little extra kick. They are sooooo yummy at 2 in the morning. So...I wake up at 8 go to class till 10:30, after that I go sit on my butt in the basement Student Health Center and hope to God that someone gets bitten by a rabid frat boy because it would liven things up a bit...get yelled at by my boss (who doubles as a second mom) for skydiving saying I am going to kill myself, and for taking her real daughter on a tandem. Go to class and then go back to work to sit a little longer and catch every sickness that walks through the door then someone gets angry and ugly with me because we don't have an X-ray machine in the back to check out their stubbed toe.... Fight with an ancient MAC to check dz.com, and to just feel connected to the world above then study,study,study Then have a discussion with the 80 year old nun/nurse (who still does not believe that I jump by myself and that I have a license) about why I like to jump out of airplanes in my spare time...I asked her why she liked to pray to God in her spare time and she laughed at me : ) I go get the mail and take a field trip around campus and find a friend to chat it up with for about 20 min ( I have great job security, b/c I am the only worker) and really make the most of the $5.15 I am getting paid. Then I go sit in the library till 2am thinking about the next time I am going to be able to jump All in all I like my crap job because it puts money into my skydiving account and I can study all day long which is not a bad deal at all -Tammy, Pink Mafia Sister #190 Pink Mafia Tunnel Sister #20

Now that the title has caught you this is what I really need help with... So I am writing a 20 page term paper on the feminist view of prostitution and also how sex workers view themselves and their trade, but it is for an art class so I must have visual examples or literary examples or anything in pop culture, news etc... My professor told me to solicit my friends and we are all friends here and I know you all have some good ones. So start naming off all the movies, books, etc that have prostitution in them...pretty pretty please.

I saw a suspension show at a convention a few years back and it was amazing. These men and women walked around with hooks in their back before their set. I also saw a guy sew his eyelids and lips shut and then hang from his knees rocking back and forth... Getting piercings tattoos was my hobby before I found skydiving and I was going to try suspension but I think the new way to be extreme is a little bit more fun. We met jumping in Missisppi, and he is from Knoxville and I reside in LA. We have been together for 8 months and out of that eight we have maybe spent 3 months in person and a billion hours on the phone. It can work if you put the time and effort into it and are willing to sacrafice a couple of things while having trust and faith in a possible, uncertain, scarey, exciting future. I started jumping last summer right after graduating highschool...its hard to believe the months have flown by...well anyway I have given up trips to Europe with all the money I have spent on AFF and renting gear etc..., time with my family, and now that I am in college I have given up volunteer work and partying in order to work multiple jobs to save money for gear... How many people showed up to jump this weekend? Also, when writing to Senators and Representatives should it be more specific to include the numbers, or more general and broad to just call their attention to the problem that is going on? I am considering of buying a rig that has a talon container with 595 jumps on it, but its clean and in good shape from the picture I have seen. The main canopy is a Spectre 210 with 577 jumps on it, and the lines were replaced around 400 jumps. The cypress has had its battery replaced but will not be airworthy after 2007...The price is about $2500 Is the container and the main canopy too worn out? Will they last another 300 jumps? Is this rig even worth buying? I will be able to jump it a couple of times to get a feel for it, but is it going to last for about 4 more years?

I have about 50 jumps and I'm looking for used gear. I have already talked to a rigger and he is on the prowl too, but I really need to know what is right for me. I have so many questions so maybe yall can help me out a little bit... 1. Who and how many people should I talk to about finding gear for me? 2. I weigh 190 and I'm 5'7, would a J5 be too big for my body, and what is the best way to estimate that a rig will fit me well. 3. I have been advised to get a Spectre and thats sounds good I have read that they are really docile, and that is what I need. Does anyone have any other suggestions. I just want something that will just get me on the ground. 4. What websites are reputable? I am constantly searching dropzone. com. Are there any other places I can look.
