Nope. If a millionaire is getting government assistance, then he's either cheating the system or there's a loophole that needs closing. If he's cheating the system, he needs to be ratted out. If he's using a loophole, it needs to be closed. To turn a blind eye to it and simply walk away is to be part of the problem.
