I understand where your coming from, but since he asked, who am I to say no. He needs to figure out the religion "thing" on his own. this Christmas? Anyone going to midnight service? My oldest son (soon to be 13)said that he would like to attend church this sunday. I feel I need to do that for him. Now I just need to find a church that I feel comfortable with. My choices are either the Methodist church, Church of God, or the Episcopal church. Bobbi A miracle is not defined by an event. Nope!! Yay!!. Made cookies last night, finished them this morning for a cookie swap that I am attending tonight. Haven't had a day off since Dec 2nd, so I am going to decorate my house, clean it, and take the oldest son to the dentist. Then maybe, just maybe take a nap...aaaahh.. I go back to work next Thursday, yay again for me!!!!

Learning about this, this morning, I have spent my day in disbelief. Brandy I am so so sorry for your loss and cannot even imagine what you must/will be going thru. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Lee, Thank you for your help and kind words over the past month. You really went out of your way to help me and make me feel as though I wasn't crazy. Thanks for the care package, you sent more then needed, but I understand that you always go above and beyond the means to get the job done. You were going to do something for me this weekend, like I told you earlier, I appreciate the thought, but no worries, I'm good. I will never forget your kindness and your heart of gold. Lee really showed concern when I posted a thread about my stress and sleep issues. he PM'd me several times about his experience with the problem and eventually helped me out immensely and then PM'd me some more to check up on me. I am just so saddened by hearing this news. I had made a new friend within the past few weeks and now I have lost him. This really really has been a fucking sucko year!! Problem. I live 853 miles from them. When I do visit, which is about 2 to 3 times a year, I take them out several times while I'm there and spoil them. Bobbi A miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude.

The whole digital frame idea is a great one! I have seen them but not really looked into them. Do you just upload the pics, send the gift and they just "turn it on"? I go thru this every year. My parents are elderly. They have everything they could possibly use or want. I usually send my parents a nice flower arrangement for the major holidays and some really good chocolates too (Mom likes the flowers, dad loves the chocolate). But I feel like I want to change the gift this year, but to what I have no clue. I guess if I don't find anything better it will be flowers and chocolates YET again. Any ideas??
