    Our high school requires that all 9th graders build one of those for science class. Its a lot of fun to build and can be frustrating at the same time. After we got the ball to go the required distance we didn't want to touch it for fear of it breaking. It worked and the kids got an A. Bobbi A miracle is not defined by an event.     Did the same thing about 6 months ago. I drank about a pot of coffee in the morning and then switched to diet Pepsi the rest of the day. NOW, I drink bottled water (sometimes with Propel powder mixed in) and MAYBE one diet caffiene free Pepsi a day. I have gone down to two and 1/2 mugs of coffee in the morning. Some days I get a real craving for a diet Pepsi and I will give in, but if I think about it, I usually hadn't had one in a few days so its ok. I may drink an extra cup of coffe on the weekends, but whenever I want coffee or soda, I swig off a bottle of water, just keep it near by. I have noticed that my skin is looking better with all the water that I drink. H2O is your friend!! Bobbi A miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude.

    run/jog or after you go for a run/jog? Not trying to lose any weight with the whole "running thing". But last night started back with running and ate before I went.     Yep still cute, hope you know how to use a comb now though. yep, my dad said he was going to get all the reels done and basically price wasn't an issue. I told him that us kids would be more then happy to help with the cost, he said no, it was his gift to us. And to think I called them crazy just a few days ago. Maybe they had a moment of clarity.     Yep, just called them to thank them and tell them how much I am thrilled with their thoughtful gift. It might sound cheap enough, but my dad carried a camera wherever he went. He said that this company charged by the foot. He gave them 8 feet of 8mm. Luckily the second DVD for my sister was free. He says that he has about 8 to 10 more reels that he wants to convert for us kids. The last time I saw these films was about 30 yrs ago. Your right, where did the time go?     They put all the old video recordings on DVD for me and my siblings. Back when you had a video recorder and it actually had FILM in it and you needed a projector to view them!! LOL. God the freakin' memories. I was really cute back then!! God the early 70's and how they made me dress, sheeeesh!! Nothing like tube socks and shorts!!
