And what of the real life experiences of high school children? Since Columbine there have been over 640 children killed or injured in school shootings. You're not going to beat me up about real life expereinces, Brother. I have them. And, one experience I have is coming back to the US and not feeling like I had to have a gun on my hip, or fear that children would die, or fear that mine could die every time I got a page from the school. P.S. Hers and her school friends favorite hang out had a shooting the sunday before last. Enough is enough.

Proof of ownership - if you have one, bring the receipt to the FFL to puchase another gun. If you do not have one; dealers now have an additional revenue stream (We have a dealer here in Oklahoma that offers guns and safes). They are not. But, the local gun club could offer free classes and give them an opportunity to join the club. You'd be surprised at the number of people that don't know how to field strip or clean their weapon. Not long ago; one could not have a weapon on their person or in their vehicle. Nothing protects your family like the absence of guns.

Robbery with a toy or imitation gun, ro an unloaded gun is still a felony. It carries the same penalties as a conviction for robbery with an actual deadly weapon. It also carries with it the same perception of threat. One can defend themselves if that threat is real even if the gun is not (no one knew the gun was fake). The main mistake here was him leaving the scene which he'll probably get charged for, but the rest will be justifible homicide. Personally, you know my position on gun control. Until the legislature of both sides changes sumpin; it's not going to change.

Brother, that's quite a leap. "Sick fuck pedo's" will pose as anything to gain access. Nor, are they just male. I don't understand the trans/cross dressing thing, but I also know my framework lies in the constituion - the right to pursue happiness. You brought up knees. If one went thru MEPS, and took an Airborne physical, where a high school sport torn ACL was noted, but they let him go anyway and their knee got progressively worse - later in life, he would have a paper trail to point at. WRT Arthritis - in this example they would probably assess a secondary or tertiary claim for ankle/knee/hip arthritis.

Under 38 CFR § 3.306, “a preexisting injury or disease will be considered to have been aggravated by active military, naval, or air service, where there is an increase in disability during such service, unless there is a specific finding that the increase in disability is due to the natural progress of the disease.”
