I use mechanix gloves from advance auto, they have a good snug fit and work good for me.

Looking for first canopy for my wife, need something with light toggle pressure , she has a hard time flaring the student canopys. She will probably get a 210 at a .9wl if that makes any difference. Thanks..

Have had to get recurrent myself acouple times. It depends on the instructer. I had to get a ground school refresher, then one or two aff jumps, it just depends how well you do.

I found the 9 cells easier to land, ended up getting a pilot 188, its docile and easy to fly.It also made learning to pack easier with its colored tabs.

Ive only got 20 jumps on my krupee ff suit,seems pretty rugged to me. Its made out of the heavy cotton fab. good luck

I was thinking if you had something,anything you would trade for skydiving related items. Like, 02 yamaha 650 avail. to trade for rig. Some aviation classifieds have a toys/trade section, guys trading everthing from guns,cars,boats,for planes.

I just got a protec,and kroops goggles[over glasses] Both were cheap and work,If you still jumping with instructors they may not want you to wear a full face helmet.

Know just how ya feel, I'm doing tandem progression,level 6 is the one I screwed up. Its the first time the jm lets go of you. I started anice turn to the left looked out across the sky thinking where,s he at? Tensed up a little and spun like a m/f. Tried to fight it, didnt work, then just gave up and relaxed and guess what the spin stoped and I was stable. I failed that jump but I learned something, thats what its all about. Keep pluging away you"ll get there....
