  1. I have been looking at getting my own rig but was actually looking at used ones. After Saturday though I have been rethinking that and am leaning on getting a custom fitted container. I don't want to have the same problem with used equipment.
  2. I'm just off student status and have had the problem with bruising on shoulders and the inside of arms. I jumped on Saturday and after my second had to call it a day. I haven't ever had a problem bruising easy. I'm not having hard openings. It just seems maybe the harnesses on the student gear doesn't fit quite right so that when I deploy the shoulder straps tend to take alot of the opening force. Anyone else have this problem and any advise on how to alleviate it?
  3. Talkeetna, AK. It's about 2hrs north of Anchorage. Pictures can't capture the scenery. It was the most relaxing week of vacation. Took a rafting/fishing trip for three days and camped on the river with some friends. Used plenty of fire crackers in our attempt to keep bears away and of course beer and bonfires. Great Pub called the West Rib where I spent alot of my time too. It helps when you have friends that live up there and work for a river guide service. [http://talkeetnariverguides.com/links.html]
  4. When I worked nights for WCOM in Dallas we would sometimes take our morning break at sunrise. It was somewhat energizing to finish off the shift.
  5. Nix the lingerie... I vote for liquid latex.
  6. Hello to all. I did my STP graduation jump yesterday. Getting close to obtaining my A license. Big thanks go to all at Skydive Spaceland.
