you might get biased opinions here ya know. i agree--- go for it! i was in your place for the longest-- and now feel like i wasted 5 years. okay, maybe not that bad, but i do focus on the weather more. just do a tandem and see what ya think! in my case, i just wanted to experience one jump (tandwem of course)... but i didn't waste any time getting my second and signing up for lessons!! hey, i noticed this post is almost a year old but i'm curious... is this outdoor tunnel still around? i have not been by yet (b/c i live an hour from 45@bw). dave, i took your advice into account but they are only giving a few minuites and i just want to make sure i can keep a good arch w/o being strapped to a tm. edit: added stuff! does anyone know when the zero g room plans to open? the website says "in 2005" but wasn't able to narrow it down from there... oh well... tunnel shmunnel

i agree!!!! and its not even the company, it's the webmaster surely. flash itsnt bad when kept to a minimum but there are so many pages out there flash based ---thats it! i just get sick of the cute little animations "LOADI NG.......LOADING........." click! sounds like you won't have any company ties anymore (assuming you're moving and stuff)... so make sure you figure in medical!!!! that put my jumping on hold an entire month and i'm a newbie.... but you never know! i've read a few broken bone stories on here so make sure you're covered... because yes, it's crazy... but sounds way fun!!!! What OS are you running and how advanced are you? w/o sounding too nerdy, do you know what video card you have installed? I'm using windows xp and use their video editing software whenever possible (run into less problems) because what I do now is so minor. In the past I have tried and used several--- I think Easy DVD Creator was my fav (don't let the name fool you, it goes both ways)... it lives up to its name being user friendly, etc. However, if you're familiar with this stuff and don't mind looking at an ugly screen, TMPGEnc has the highest frame rate hands down. --took away all the pretty bells & whistles & dedicated the rest of your memory to vids--- This and doom9 need codecs (anything you run into will most likely). Off the shelf software is okay too. The guys who wear cams may be able add a little to this. Besides, I don't know whether you are PAL or ntsc, and a few of these don't go both ways. Sorry so long...
