  1. My, suggestion, get some tunnel time. This will build your confidence as a "flyer" . If money allows, go to Orlando, or anywhere they have a Vertical Wind Tunnel. Once you are confident in your "flying" skills, I think that this will help reduce your anxiety. Besides, tunnel flying is really fun.
  2. I second the motion about the wind tunnel. If you can get to one, spend some time in it. I did and I feel that it helped a lot.
  3. Hey, I am curious. Why does a canopy snivel more at lower altitudes? I know the air is thinner higher, seems like it would have the opposite effect. What are the physics?
  4. No joke here. Start taking yoga classes. One of the best positions is called the cobra. Yoga has helped me tremendously in my ability to arch.
