another L&B customer service success story
bradbuzea replied to bradbuzea's topic in Gear and Rigging
I am sure it has been posted here many times, but here it goes anyway: I have sent my Pro-Dytter in for repair. It was out of warranty for a long time and I asked for a quote. They sent me back a brand new one with extra batteries, mounting clip and rubber bands- all at no charge. Mads kept in touch with me via email the whole time and he was very nice. Many companies inside and outside of the industry could learn a few things from Larsen & Brusgaard about quality and customer service. Next time I will surely purchase one of their products. -
I love my Dytter. I have recently started to free fly and the Pro-Dytter has been very helpful. Larsen & Brusgaard’s customer service is the best in the industry. I have sent my altimeter in for repair (it has been long out of warranty) and they have replaced it with a brand new one and extra batteries at no charge!!! Thank you Larsen & Brusgaard,

Sorry, I haven't updated my profile in a long time. Shame on me. I will do that as soon as possible. Thank you

Hi everyone, My container is an Infinity with a main volume of 350-400 c.i. I am in process of buying a Stiletto 150. Is it going to fit, or is the container to big? Thank you!

Hi Larisa, I am Romanian, too. I live in Soutern California and I jump at Lake Elsinore. Welcome to the sport and blue skies, Brad -
Thank you both for the advice. The seller and I jump at the same DZ and he will let me try it tomorrow. I really apreciate your help, thanks again. Brad

Here is a link to the add. The odd part is that PISA doesn't manufacture the Strong canopy. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/classifieds/detail_page.cgi?ID=16706&d=1

Hi everyone, I am new here and not sure if I should ask my question in this room or somewhere else. I am trying to buy my first rig and I have found an Infinity (DOM 4/1997, 250 jumps reported), PISA Strong Z-Po 170 (5/99) and PISA Tempo 170 (5/02). No ADD. The seller is asking $2000 and is ready to negotiate a little bit. I will have the rig checked by a rigger. Do you think this is a good, decent deal or should I continue looking? I only have around $2500 to spend and I would like to have an ADD, too. I used to rent from the DZ and jump a Sabre2 170 in a Javelin Odyssey. Thank you everyone, Happy New Year, Brad
