    The 200 I think is the one we use to have. We gave it to our son when his bulging disc in his lower back got worse. To my knowledge it is still working. I got it over 2 years ago when I developed bad disc in my neck. It worked fine for muscle spasm in the upper back but just not high enough to really help.

    I use to have my money in the TSP. It gave some good choices for a Gov. plan. Since retirement I have moved it all to a traditional IRA balanced index fund. Lower risk than even the TSP. Since i'm already retired that's best for my money

    I remembered last night that any computers we got rid of the hard were removed and TOTALLY destroyed.

    I have a nifty junk cleaner called CCleaner which stands for Crap Cleaner that really gets rid of all the unwanted crap on your computer. I was going through the settings tonight and it ask how many passes you want it to make when it deletes something. 1 pass-standard 3 passes-DoD 7 passes-NASA. I spent 33 years working for the DoD and none working for NASA and no one has to tell me i'm not the brightest crayon in the box but I would figure DoD would have more secrets to hide than NASA. Can anyone tell me if i'm right?? And NO I don't want to know if you will have to kill me!!

    Just over 50,000 is what I was making when I retired. for me the 90,000 to 100,000 range would be a very good salary. Above that and taxes will eat up abunch of it unless you have good deductions.

    I'm retired now and don't have to get up at 4:00 am any more. The only thing that makes me get out of bed is when I have to go pee.

    We made a short clip of a static line jump from the instructors view point telling the student to put his feet out. Then from my view point front flosting the strut of a 182 showing the student putting his feet out the door, then climbing out, then he and I let go and it shows the opening sequence. Would this work?? Edit: It's available on skydiving Movies now.

    Damn, sounds like you were raised in Edmond Ok. My grand parents (my mothers side) would go get a small limb off the tree ( they also called a switch). I also was raised to say yes sir and yes ma'am. My dad would give us a good talking to, explaining what we did wrong, then whip us with a thin belt. No beating in our house. Just enough to sting and remind you for about 2 or 3 minutes.

    No it isn't and I hope you don't think I was making light of it. Both of my sisters have had lumps removed. One went through a short treatment of chemotherapy and the other through radiation. So far no return and we pray it doesn't.

    Us males have an exam that is close to your monthly exam. Our balls a held in the Dr. hand and the ask you to cough. BUT, this is only pleasent if done by a female Dr.
