sorry for the lateness of my reply. i was under the impression that i'd get an email notification if there was a response, and i havent been on the site. thanks for the tips. i was talking about voice over during editing captured footage on my pc. i'm not looking to kill what audio is on there... just add to it. and all i was looking to get was a pc mic for about $10.

anyone have a suggestion for a relatively cheap microphone for video voice over? it may be the only time i use it, but it's funny footage that needs some audio dubbing. thanks.

i have been reading alot of the posts. i've gotten to some 4-5 year old posts. i'm wondering [regarding equiptment] if some of the information might be outdated [model numbers, etc.]. i appreciate the caution displayed by some people here. again, its not something i'm rushing into. if i can get some useful info here, and a bargain comes along, i can jump on it. no one's saying i'm gonna jump WITH IT, just yet.

thanks for the advise. as far as me putting a camera on my head, i probably won't be putting it on my head til next year. didn't figure it would hurt to start doing the ground work now. cheers.

i have 159 jumps and am interested in shooting video... but just for myself and fellow funjumpers. not really sure where to start. new /used ....type..... hard drive /tape[disc]... side mount / top mount. can anyone point me in the right direction. thx.
