    I was having the same sort of problems with AFF. I had 15 minutes of tunnel time and it really helped me with my stability, plus gave me the confidence boost that I needed to get back in the air. I would recommend at least 10 - 15 mins tunnel time, but obviously the longer the better. Good luck and have fun.

    Hi everyone Im booked up to go on an AFF course in spain in April. I cant wait to go out there, but im also a little nervous about a few things as well. I completed a tandem about 6 months ago, this was fantastic and straight away I knew I had to learn to do this on my own. Unfortunately I did not get to fly the parachute, so im worried about messing it up. Are they hard to fly? Is it difficult getting onto a final approach into the wind and flaring when landing? Im probably worrying about nothing, and im sure they will answer all my questions on the AFF course, but any feedback on this will be much appreciated. Many thanks Apprentice Skydiver ;o)
