    But I do like Hemi engines. My dads neighbors when he grew up were some punk kids called the Granatelli's They used to hang around and watch him put Lincoln engines in little Ford coupes. (right after he served in WWII)

    You would not be saying it if you had ever seen the 1972 Vega that my brother and Dad stuffed an aluminum block 427 Chevy into. The car belonged to my brothers best friend Dennis, he lived next door. It had to have an entire new frame made of chrome moly tubing and had the 12 bolt shortened and it got tubbed. It was also running a 6-71 blower, huge valves and was so damned fast it scared the guy up the street who raced stock cars for a living. Cooper (guy up the street) had Gary Bettenhausen's 1970 Daytona Charger with that enormous Hemi.

    I bet the first few times you docked at night it was kinda weird. Someone once said it gave him the willies, kinda cringed and then put it out of his mind. F-111B and EF111A

    There a few Busa's around here and one of them (across the street) runs @ 400hp at the rear wheel. It has had new carbon fiber added to reduce drag and has been lightened. I do not see that bike shown at the website ever seeing more than the rear lights. But I do think it is a cool concept. This year that Busa will be at the worlds fastest street bike shootout. If they can get someone with enough balls to turn the boost up all the way. IIRC it will be held at Talladega.

    Check with the local .mil population to see if anyone is selling. Steve sold his house at Ft. Stewart (just outside the gates 10 min.) to an O3, they guy was really really grateful.

    Idiots with an IQ of less than 90 hand metallic or rubber testicles under the back end of their pickup trucks. Come to think of it, my asshole neighbor has a butt hole hanging from his suburban. Or maybe that is really his butt hole hanging out that far. That guy goes to truck stops to accost the drivers, like they don't know it is an ugly dude in drag.

    I can cite other things that would prove otherwise, unfortunately sqeauk cannot figure that out on his own. He is intent on proving something, only he does not know what it is. In the case of fighting words, they can be injurious, therefore a physical stop would be considered self defense. It has been done before.

    Every little bit helps though. I used to laugh at dorks with chromed differential covers. Just a matter of time. Same for chromed water pumps and oil pans.

    Welcome back, be glad you did not stay a year! A friend of mine was in Afghanistan for three solid years. But he did save up quite a bit of cash while he was there. Plus he was able to take other guys tours so they could stay with their families.

    No there's not, that's just a brutes excuse for being physically violent. if there is not a danger of harm being caused then there is no excuse for assault. Violence as self defense is a different matter. violence because someone spoke words you dont like is bullshit You are most definitely wrong,if you thought about it instead of reacting you would have come to the proper conclusion. If a person says they are going to rape your wife, you have the right to put a stop to it BEFORE anything happens to her. If someone says they are GOING TO KILL YOU, they have it coming. There are quite a few things that can be said that are a green light to being physically harmed, enough to stop or subdue.
