  1. It's because you are 5'9" act they way you do and have a small penis.
  2. Do you have any figures to back up that statement? You don't have a long memory do you? Remember the 20 billion they were given? http://www.pbs.org/frontlineworld/stories/bribe/2009/05/haiti-the-long-road-to-recovery.html http://www.ekklesia.co.uk/node/8655 I am not bashing the Haitians for being black, I am bashing Haitian politics for the blood thirsty way they run that country and how the greed they practice keeps them impoverished. They probably could all be living very well and driving a mercedes if they received all the monies that was ever sent to them.
  3. Those would work very well, I use my cast iron pas for making pizza in, I just use olive oil and corn meal in the bottom. Then I let the dough rise again in the pan, then add toppings and cook. Never use uncooked sausage on your pizzas, it just makes them greasy. Just crumble after removing from the casing and then lightly brown. Pizza places cook raw sausage on your pizza because it is cheaper to do, and the sausage is inferior so they count on the grease to add to the taste.
  4. The dishwasher works too because it has a caustic cleaning agent, no residue will be left. Agreed just wipe it off, I am still trying to get my cast iron pans back to where they were after 15 years of use. My wife left them in the sink with water in them, overnight. Also do not keep your cast iron pans in the oven because methane produces water vapor, that along with the heat will cause condensation and rust.
  5. Unfortunately all funds will never reach those in need. That is what Haiti is, corruption at it's worst, well at least in the Caribbean.
  6. Glycol poisoning is a slow extremely painful death that may take a month. Anyone that would intentionally do this needs a quick dispatch. Or maybe they need to drink what they were serving...
  7. KIA? Went in? Other? Sorry to hear about it, another good guy is gone. Now he can fall in with the heavens gate division.
  8. Look for a good local machine shop, something old and with lots of stuff and machines around. Modern CNC machinists are largely just programmers and have no experience with improvising and making something like that
  9. Right click, OPEN WITH...choose program
  10. Machine shop? Make an adapter or have it machined to take a normal clutch? Make a new shaft?
  11. I have a diamond hole cutter for the handles and outlet pipes.
  12. A friend of mine from Edmonton said to never ask a Canadian girl to show you her beaver. She said "because she just might go take it down off the wall and show it to you."
  13. Chin-up bar, mat for sit-ups and crunches, stair are a great stairmaster, split some trees into firewood by hand. Push-ups can be varied to hit quite a few muscles, do speed push ups as well, try to hit 200 in two minutes. Done properly you will be launching yourself off the ground as you come up. Everything can be made into a workout. You can put your wife behind the wheel and push your car. Just don't let her slam on the brakes. Got any hills nearby? run them. I might be older and broken but I was not always this way. Dave I realize you know this stuff but quite a few folks don't, they think it costs a fortune to get fit.
  14. I have done the shower walls quite a few times, I have only done the floor of the shower once. The floor is a pain in the ass and all the work takes place BEFORE the tile goes down.
  15. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/0691130272/ref=dp_image_0?ie=UTF8&n=283155&s=books I found that it was a well written and useful book not only for my class but for future reference. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/0030062284/ref=dp_image_0?ie=UTF8&n=283155&s=books This one was a good introduction text. http://www.netlibrary.com.proxy.devry.edu/ And of course the LoC http://www.loc.gov/index.html LoC is my favorite research tool, we should all make the best use of the most thorough collection of publications and arts that is known to man.
  16. Which train would be hit by the GBU27 first?
  17. Oh yeah, it was nearly enough to make me forget what I did for a living. I lived on the planet. Even on post we had beautiful landscapes, the dunes looked great as we ran up and down them carrying a telephone pole. Stillwell hall had a breathtaking view.
  18. There used to be a small place that sold Oysters, Crab, Fish and Lobster down by the wharf in Monteray, it was some of the best I ever had, we used to grill it on the beach and have parties. Hardwood fires and seafood go well together, we made our own horseradish cocktail sauce and got Meyer lemons. Sourdough bread and lots of beer.
  19. We are actually pretty close to the downtown area.
  20. That the universe is in excess of 13.8 Billion years old. Probably closer to 15 billion.
  21. That Hubble's constant was not as precise as needed. He did a great job given the tools and previous work done by others, but now we know it is just not good enough to use it alone. We are talking about distances that are so mind blowing that a simple but slight error compounds to a distance that is immense. I could try and explain it further but I really don't want to write that much. If you really need more information I can refer you to some excellent texts and resources.
  22. Taco Bell has your order, get the runs at the border That is why Henry Bivins and me would never eat taco bell. Well, Henry no longer needs to worry about Taco Bell, unless he went to hell.
  23. I was waiting for the usual suspects to tell me how wrong I am, so I could laugh at them. Dammit!
