And doesn’t “stall” mean it’s likely to start again?

Lucky for him they aren’t the people who voted for him #hermancainawards

I think this thread is a joke, which is why I’ve had no interest in participating, but this is the most ironic thing yet that you’ve posted to it.

Merry Christmas! Or as I’ll celebrate it from now on, Happy James Webb Telescope launch day!! (Santa must have gotten my letter)

I thought your position was that it didn’t care at all.

On the runway I’m thinking of you had to get on the brakes by the time you passed the taxiway or else you’d go off the end. A good friend figured that out for us with his ‘62 vette. Drop zones are so dangerous after dark. -

Sorry no need to be alarmed. Not your airport. But an airport. -

I wouldn’t do it in my Prius but I sure did it a few times in a CRX. -
I thought they didn’t use x-rays but instead millimeter radio waves for the full body scans.

Barring the occasional asteroid, it seems to do better without us.

https://www.npr.org/2021/12/12/1063489922/california-governor-gavin-newsom-assault-weapons-ban-texas-abortion-law I’m sure this isn’t news to anyone in SC by now. State Sen. Brian Dahle, a Republican from Bieber, would oppose the plan but predicted it could probably pass California's Democratic-dominated state Legislature. He said the proposal was most likely a stunt for Newsom to win favor with his progressive base of voters ahead of a possible run for president in the future. "The right to bear arms is different than the right to have an abortion. The right to have an abortion is not a constitutional amendment. So I think he's way off base," Dahle said. "I think he's just using it as an opportunity to grandstand.” Technically, the way they see it up there, Bieber isn’t even in California. It’s in Jefferson, the 51st state. Despite that, I think state Sen. Dahle may have a point. Although abortion was ruled a constitutional right in the 70s, it is not written into it. I agree with him that it will most likely pass state legislature. But what I’ll be most interested to see is, if and likely when the impending lawsuits finally reach the SC, will they let the law stand until they finally get around to ruling on it? Going to be interesting to watch.

Maybe not until a lot closer to the end. I think the few left who were living in sea caves and cannibalizing each other probably got it figured out.

Rapa Nui perhaps

Good. Although I don’t think they should be shot for doing it, people that release balloons are assholes. I find those Mylar ones in unbelievably remote areas. Almost always in a creek. Glad someone is taking them out before they get far.

Remember when it was in the millions? I do as a kid back in the 70s. I always thought the number referred to hamburgers served. But they could have been padding the numbers with filet o fish sales.

https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/omicron-San-Francisco-first-case-in-US-COVID-16666494.php Symptoms are said to be mild. Maybe covid wants to play nice now so it can stick around? Just to be safe I think we should immediately ban all travel to and from San Francisco.

Must concede there. But I doubt she sleeps less than the previous CIC.

I don’t think she plays golf so at least she’d be on the job 307 more days than trump was during his term.

I dunno. He had a pretty big smile on his face on the ride home. But who am I to judge

All four involved thought they were the hero of the story. And in Fox News world Rittenhouse is a hero. I’ve already seen comments suggesting he run for office someday.
-
I am not the least bit surprised at the outcome. The onus was on the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he was guilty of murder.

They seem to be getting longer in duration according to that info
