I agree with him that it will most likely pass state legislature. But what I’ll be most interested to see is, if and likely when the impending lawsuits finally reach the SC, will they let the law stand until they finally get around to ruling on it? Going to be interesting to watch.

I am not the least bit surprised at the outcome. The onus was on the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he was guilty of murder.
