I went through Tandem-IAF progression with the greatest instructor ever - 'Super Dave' Garrett. The instructors, DZO and other skydivers were always looking out for me when I started to solo jump. Several instructors and the DZO made coaching jumps with me for my A-License. You can get on practically any load you want with the 14 passenger King Air. The DZ has several new coaches and is even offering Basic RW skills camp for just the cost of the jumps. One word of warning..lose the word 'first' from your vocabulary. Of course, I'm so new I just consider a case of beer every weekend part of the cost of skydiving. And if you want to party when the beer light goes on....just stick around.
I couldn't ask for a better family of skydivers to be associated with.
