What's the Worst Thing You Ever Did To a Co-Worker
judedre replied to Divadiver's topic in The Bonfire
Fat bitch at work in the human recources dept insist on turning the light on in my office every day, i have a huge office ( used to be a warehouse and it gets plenty of light comin in there is no need to have 36 strip lights on i just sit in front of pcs all day) Anyway she insists on turning the light on every day we dont speak because of this she says its an insurance issue absolute bollocks its just a power trip for this TROLL so one morning i get in early unscrew the fixture use some tin foil and rig it so the live wires touchin the metal light switch plate, U shoulda seen this fat OGRE fly she ended up sittin on the floor with a look on her face of what just friggin hit me, NEEDless to say i won the battle and the war she no longer turns my light on every day, and if u ever read this roberta u friggin monster EAT MEEEEEEE -

Just got my wings on friday 27th july and put 6 jumps on it on saturday and now im supposed to be doing work but instead am reading dropzone.com again and felt i had to give praise to henry and my wings container..i have jumped javelins about 25 times and mirage conatiners about 35 times as well as a few talons and a racer..BY far the wings is the most comfortable when its on my back AND under canopy i got the hip rings with stainless steel and backpad,Under canopy i felt NO pressure on my thighs or groin like i have on other containers i think i even looked down to make sure the leg straps were done up it was THAT comfy all in all i feel it is the best container on the market i was all set to buy a mirage untill a friend let me jump his wings, ALSO henry had it in my grubby paws within 4 weeks of faxing my order plus i had my main reserve and cypress shipped to him and he put it all together and at my door as i said within 4 weeks, (what a guy) nice to work with friendly and helpfull before you do anything TRY a wings READ about it and then SAVE between $300 to $500 over a mirage( i put the $400 i saved straight on my account at my dz) and now my 2 friends with mirages have jumped my wings and both honestly admit its more comfy and they admit they shouldnt have tried to talk me out of it( you know how it is, certain drop zones LOVE 1 container and all the rest suck well i wasnt falling for it i did my homework and i know that my wings ROCKS and if you try one e mail me and tell me what ya think dre@freefly420.cjb.net pics will be posted at www.tumblefuqs.com once again CHEERS henry (even if you are french canadian)

First let me say i only have just over 100 jumps and this is the first rig and canopy ive owned.. i had been flying the safire 189 for my last 40 jumps and this was the canopy i wanted to but but i didnt want to wait 3 months for it, so i started calling around and found the ad im sure we have all seen CALL RALPH so I called HIM..well ralph talked me into getting the diablo 170 i explained to him what i had been flying and he assured me i would love the diablo and offered me a money back guarantee (i weigh 175 lbs without gear) i was a little weary after reading alot about the canopy but was willing to give it a try..SO this happened to be the weekend when me and a few jump buddies had a trip planned to NYC to fly at the ranch.so there i was at 13 grand with a brand new wings container on my back with the diablo 170 inside and a dash mz 181 reserve and cypress of course and thoughts running through my head like i hope this bloody works,,, WELL it did 5 times as a matter of fact i did 5 jumps on it that day and i must say it opened smooth and on heading every time the first thing i noticed was the responsiveness and it seemed to be the first time i really enjoyed the canopy ride now landing is a different story from what i was used to ,it definatly comes in faster than other canopies i have flown ( sabre 170,safire 169,safire 189,)but is more responsive while u are up there.OUT of 5 jumps the first 1 was nice stand up with maybe 2 steps, second landing found myself running as fast as i could, 3rd landing was on my ass, 4th landing running and slipped to my ass, 4th ladning was kinda dragging 1 knee accross the grass, SO all in all i guess its gona take me a few more jumps to get the lading thing down (this was a total NO wind DAY) 1 other thing i noticed was everyone around me was complaing about turbulence over the trees and the landing area(ranch is a breezy dz) but i noticed nothing with the diablo it seems to stay inflated no matter what with no "jellyfishing" wich is a good thing, so at the moment i still like it alot its loads of fun and cant wait to get back to skydive america to try landing into 10 mph wind as it should make it somewhat easyier soon to be pics at www.tumblefuqs.com blue skies n soft landins hope ive helped someone else choose a canopy..
